Fnb

On the 13th of February i was travelling i had no cellular networks . When i reached my destination i switched my phone and received 4 transactions off my fnb credit card that amounted to over R26k . Before i could cancell my card it was already blocked . I was not in south africa and was unable to make calls and bankers on secure chat kept going back and forth which was quite frustrating . I eventually managed to borrow a phone to call fnb opened a case … while abroad i kept checking everyday with online bankers who failed to assisted me … just to make note .. if i have to purchase for R100 using my fnb credit card i will receive an otp or some sort of aunthentication via app to approve these transactions … i had 4 multiple transactions going off my account and it just went off with no otp aunthorization … these transactions went off in dubai i wasnt even in dubai !!!my card was in my possession at all times .. now a month later FNB wants to offer me a refund of a partial amount out of goodwill … ?? This is ridisculous why should i pay for transactions that i am not aware of and why didnt fnb call me or notify me …
