FNB CC what a disappointment

A week ago I asked for my credit card to be closed I have given a reference number and I was told it will be closed in 5 working days A week later I called in to be told that they have not yet attended to my account closure but it will be done in 24hours Till now I haven’t received an email that my account has been closed Next thing I will be billed the service fee so an account I asked to be closed because I don’t need it anymore
