Fnb

To keep it short we as family lost my father in desember. We went to fnb to stop all his accounts as my sister is executor of his estate somehow fnb never stopped the account and over R4.5 million was transferred after the account was stopped. How is this possible we have the bankstatements to proof all of this. How does a person recover all of this money? Fnb doesn't come back to a person to help us solve the problems???? Very bad service
