FNB causing stress and wasting business customer's time

I am a business account customer. FNB has been wasting SO MUCH OF MY TIME.

I recently received my new business debit card. Before I am able to make any online transactions with this new business debit card, I have to activate 'Online Secure.' This should be straightforward, right? WRONG. I'm not able to do this on my internet banking interface, so I should be able to phone the helpline and get it sorted. Right? WRONG. I have now been shunted from department to department on the phone, trying to get this done. Whenever I'm transferred to another department, they give me the number of that department as well 'just in case it cuts out', which it usually does.

I have now spoken to at least FOUR different departments, wasting my airtime for over half an hour. The Online Secure department cannot help me because my card is a business banking card, and the department they referred me to wanted to put me straight back through to them before I protested that I was just on the line with them! Now I have been told that I cannot activate Online Secure from my business banking online banking interface - I have to create a new PERSONAL profile with the same card to be able to do this? So I went through the process of registering for a PERSONAL online profile with this card number, only to be told that I have to now go to the ATM to activate this profile, and THEN I CAN PHONE THEM BACK.

What's more - this is not the first issues I have had. When I received this new card, I had to activate it before being able to transact with it at all. I wanted to activate the FNB mobile banking app at the same time. Straightforward, right? Wrong. I should have been able to do this online as well, but lo and behold - I was not given the option. So I traveled to my nearest FNB branch (N1 City), where they REFUSED to help me inside the bank - I was told instead to phone the helpline. So I sat on the floor in front of my FNB branch with all my papers, doing self-service on the helpline. The helpline informed me that when I originally had my account set up, it was done incorrectly and that I'd have to have it rectified in order to be able to use the FNB banking app on my phone. What's the catch? I'm going to lose some of my online banking records.

FNB - how much more stress and wasted time do you want to cause me before I can make online transactions with my BUSINESS DEBIT CARD?

This is PATHETIC for a business banking service. My business is small and likely not bringing in the mega bucks for FNB, but my time is valuable since I have to do my admin myself!
