FNB CAUSING PROBLEMS INSTEAD OF RELIEF!!

VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED WITH FNB! Doing temporary loan for months now...Suddenly THIS MONTH APRIL 2020 no temporary loan option available, contacted web chat advisor extremely unprofessional and unhelpful! Was told its "system generated" based on credit score and affordability and banking behavior apparently...if your account in minus or unpaid transactions loan option is removed from your profile!! My account is in - R10.00 DUE TO BANK CHARGES!!I keep getting a charge (Declined Foreign) repeatedly debits R8.50 from my balance. I don't know what this is for! What can of help or service is FNB??? Especially this MONTH APRIL 2020 DUE TO VIRUS WE ALL HAVING FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES YET BANKS AREN'T HELPING! SO BECAUSE OF ACCOUNT BEING IN MINUS FOCKEN R10!! FNB DONT HELP WITH TEMPORARY LOANS! its main reason why one askes for any financial help in 1st place or what!!?? This COVID 19 RELIEF ALSO BS! APP**** FOR IT MORE THAN 2WEEKS AGO YET NO RESPONSE OR HELP! INSTEAD OF RELIEF FNB CAUSING MORE STRESS AND PROBLEMS!!!
