FNB causes me to get fired and in debt after using Ewallet at their ATM in Woodstock Cape town

Ive used FNB ewallet services, I had money sent and I didn't receive from ATM after ATM failed to deploy cash, I received a slip saying I got it. My "Ex-Boss" who sent the money and for me to draw suspended me for theft as FNB is not giving any information regarding or done anything about it. They won't even give me footage of myself interacting at atm not receiving the money so I can secure my job which I've lost now, which I don't I don't understand how it's so confidential to have a video of me at the ATM not receiving the money, like really? How is that confidential.

I actually have given FNB all my personal details but won't give me a video of me, that I can keep my job. Today Monday I'm at home without a job trying to resolve FNB ***. I still haven't received the funds and even worse am without a job because of their useless service which one of their agents claimed where facing alot of similar issues.

So because of their **** process and their **** atm I've lost R2000 which is alot for me to haul out. As I must have this taken off my last salary still due. And I'm without a job

My case was logged Friday 6am with confirmation on sms
