FNB causes Kids to wait out side school in the rain because of funds that has been debited on the wrong date for the second month in a row!
Once again FNB takes funds out off my account on the incorrect date and leaves me with out transport. My debit order date is on the 28th of the month, yesterday i paid funds in to my account to pay and collect my car this morning, just to find that FNB decided to take the funds for a debit order. Now they tell me the same pathetic story as last month 5 to 7 working days and only after 15 days it was corrected and refunded. Now i am standing without transport and kids that is waiting at the school gate because of FNB`s pathetic staff and system
