FNB caused me depression

i've been having a bad experience with FNB with regards to my business account i received a notification from them saying that a payment was made by department of correctional services which I'm in business with on the 10th of October even today the funds haven't yet reflected and they also placed my other funds under investigation since May 2025 i gave them every document they requested i don't know how to go about it anymore.
