FNB cashflow relief deducted from my cheque account

I have app**** for the covid 19 cash flow relief on my home loan. FNB approved it. They deducted the money on my cheque account and send me an sms where they say : FNB:Debit orders that have been processed on your main account instead of cashflow relief account will be corrected on 28/04. Its now 2 weeks and i haven’t received anything back. I have phoned numerous times and each time they tell me something different. It is so frustrating and I am really considering changing from banks.
