Fnb Cashflow Relief

I app**** for COVID-19 Cashflow relief from fnb on 14 April 2020 my application was approved on the 30th April 2020. And the pre agreement states that my repayment will start in July, which simply means if i get this payment break of 3 months it should start with payments of April if my repayments will start in July. I've tried calling them to get clarity on the matter but to no success. I'm really ****ed because i have cashflow relief loan on profile but its not assisting with anything, i have unsuccessful debit orders of April as my salary was affected by the lockdown.
