FNB Cash Relieve Loan

I have a Relief Loan with FNB. They were supposed to have paid my creditors for 3 months but they only paid Direct axis 2 installments. I called FNB to enquire and they said that they will log a call and check with Direct Axis.

I contacted Direct Axis and they said the funds have expired so I will have to contact FNB, which is ridiculous. It seem that they are playing blame game.

So since I have this loan with FNB, Can they urgently assist in resolving this matter.
