Fnb Cash-relief settlement, poor service!!!!!!!!

i app**** for the cash-relief with FNB, they approved it without calling me to explain ow it works, when i found out that its a loan i cancelled it. they gave me a settlement amount on the 8th of June of R4958.13, i paid and sent the proof of payment on the 9th of June. they then rep**** and said it will take up to 5 business days to be cancelled. today is the 1st of July and the account is still active! my loans and my bond and my devices all weren't debited on the 25th of June!!!! why is the account still active!!!!!
