FNB Cash Passport Cash Out

I usually have no issues with FNB and rate them as a great bank overall. But I am having a major issue cashing out from my cash passport card. I have received errors such as "system failed to get quote. YNS final reply not received yet," or "System failed to get quote. Card balance check failed-they are out," The call agents are giving me options that aren't there. Nobody really seems to know what to do. And I am stuck needing to desperately cash out. The ATMs here (I am currently in another country) only allow a certain amount to be withdrawn from the card per day, which is not very helpful to me right now. I even made an international call to the call centre to try and get it sorted out but I was waiting for too long. I see from other reviews that this has been an ongoing problem from as far back as 2018. I chose the cash passport as I was assured by FNB that I would be able to cash out when needed without a hassle.
