FNB ***** CASE. BAD FOR BUSINESS OWNERS

I love FNB, but my recent encounter with them has left me shuttered! A client reported a transection on my FNB business account as ***** after making payment and claimed they are not satisfied with our product . FNB restricts my account immediately without checking with me first, which I understand.

My client dropped the case with their bank after we resolved the civil case. The investigator asked for a sworn affidavit and proof of funds on that transection, which I did provide. After that, there has not been any communication and my account remains restricted. I call their ***** line and send the investigator emails almost daily she does not respond and no action is taken.

As a business person, I feel this is so unfair and unprofessional as it affects my business big time. It is now going to four weeks, I'm unable to transect from the business account to keep it afloat and functional because of one petty person who reported my account and the poor service given by my bank. Mind you, this is the first time my account being reported after many transections.

FNB, can you please put your clients first, engage your ***** department to be quick to resolve cases as much as they are quick to close accounts. Though I love FNB so much, but as a business person I would not confidently recommend using FNB to another business because of this experience. You need a bank that will put you first and care about your business. FNB is a high reputable bank and I believe they can do better
