FNB ***** case

***** report on my credit card in November. EDreams had been taking money off my account which was set up as a debit order of which I never approved or had any dealings with this vendor. The first amount was +-R2000 and then debit orders of R229 on a monthly basis. The bank reported that there was ***** on my account and case number *** was opened. I then get a response from the bank saying that this was a debt order of which I nèefd to cancel. I responded saying that i never set up any debit order with the vendor and have never dealt with them. The correct process was not followed where I would give concent to a debt order and these are the steps that the bank had set up for a user. The more I kept on saying that this is ***** on my account the more the bank would not listen. I then get a flyer from the ***** department advising me on how to cancel the debt order to close the issue. I had cancelled the card I had and ordered a new card so that no further debt orders would go through my account. FNB is well aware of eDreams has been de*****ing our accounts and they don't want own up to it. There is also a write up on this and bank refuses to pay back the money taken from my account. We trust our banks to protect us from cases like this and FNB failed to do so. What is point of reporting ***** when the bank does not listen. Please stop using the phrase of how can we help you as you don"t apply it
