FNB ***** case and no accountability

I am completely disgusted at how FNB handled my elderly father's credit card *****. He was a victim of credit card ***** where he immediately reported the act of *****. FNB came back and said they will take absolute zero accountability. FNB has no care for their long time customers and they are just filled with greed. I will now be closing all my accounts with these ******* greedy losers.
