FnB ***** case

I have a problem with my account that’s under ***** investigation after my card was ****** since July. Every time I call the ***** department they put me on hold until I run out of airtime today I decided to go in the branch to find out what’s going on how far the investigation is and if there is any progress, only to be put on a chair for a good 30min before I was assisted and by assisted I mean being put on the phone to talk to the ***** department that took me from pilar to post and still put me on hold for a good hour before hanging up on me just to do the same process again. 😡😡🤬 and now I’m owning on the account and has put my risk rate on 1 no one can give me answers, it’s just useless banking there they will treat you like a clown I just want that account closed and the bad record removed and cleared off because my life is on hold because of that it’s been 4 months now into the investigation and no one can tell me even the name of the person who was assigned to my case. This is unacceptable and I am very disappointed in the service there too. It’s even worse because they can’t even find a trace of how those funds keep accumulating
