FNB ***** case

I was *****ulently attacked on my virtual card from FNB since last month an amount of 3500 and some was ****** from my credit without my knowledge I have been contacting FNB since the ***** happened and they keep throwing me from pillar to post I trusted FNB from the previous bank I’ve been using but I find FNB not caring or appreciate their clients I asked so many questions of which I got no answer from how I got ****med on my virtual card since FNB promised to be the most safest to use and while the ccv number changed every hour I’m very concern with how FNB treat such stressful situations this is not my money on the credit card but their and I will not pay for something I did not use should it be it they spoil my name I do not care at this moment I have never received such arrogance and insincere case handlings from any other bank FNB has proven not to be trusted with our moneys the way they treat their clients they have not responded about my case till today I’m the one who keeps calling them and asking them about their money that was ****med.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
