FNB CarNav vehicle license renewal
FNB graciously offered to (at a cost ,which I gladly paid) to do the leg work for my vehicle registration. Not so guaranteed 14 day period was only announced after I paid. Since the 3rd October 20 and after 4 message on the FNB app, I have had no response from FNB ,despite,on every occasion , i was going to be contacted with 48 hours.

10 Nov 2020, 09:31Wow ,within the hour I received a copy of my license disk and a note of the courier being en-route to deliver to my residence. I appreciate the prompt resolution , but need to add that the initial complaint would not have been necessary had this same attitude been displayed . All i was waiting for was a response to a query . Sad that it had to come this , but thank you anyway .Much appreciated
