Fnb cares so much about their customers

<div>I am amazed at how serious Fnb executives and management take their customers. I had an issue which the branch couldn't resolve as it was beyond them and I sent an email to managment last night and to my amazement and delight I received a call from one his senior managers who understood my predicament and resolved my issue immediately. I didn't expect to receive a response so promptly let alone at all since Senior Managers must be busy and likely have many emails and more important issues to deal with. For them to have read an email that I sent late last night and getting a call early morning is just amazing. Fnb really cares about its customers and I am truly grateful and humbled by their humility, care and understanding. Thank you so much management.</div>
