FNB CARE REF951670

Dear Sirs

FNB CARE REF 951670

Your offer of R3000 has been noted, however, I feel that FNB has insurance which should cover the full amount. I have heard that here are @ least 4 cases reported on a weekly basis, and the local community police say this is rampant. In view of the above I feel that FNB has been negligent and not taken the necessary precautions for the client’s safety. Apparently FNB is well aware of this, but are not taking any steps to secure the ATM or even install a camera. Is this so that you do not have to deal with the resulting claims, or take any responsibility?

I hear adverts on the radio about FNB and their phenomenal service etc – you currently have me as a loyal client – is you happy to lose me due to bad policies?

Please reconsider your offer as I will be taking the matter further and FNB will be receiving very negative publicity which could lose you a whole lot of loyal clients.

Regards
