FNB Care, more like FNB does not Care one bit!

I have a claim at FNB short term insurance regarding a content claim due to a storm that happened on 21 October. The assessors have approved and priced the claim weeks ago. Even until today 28 November FNB has not contacted me. Even after several complaint via FNB care and FNB's ombudsman - nobody came back to me. So now there is an official investigation at the short-term insurance ombudsman. However, this is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced from any provider.
