FNB care less about their clients money,they dont care at all.

My husband and I were ****med his whole salary on the 23rd September 2021,we called the bank FNB because some of the stores that the money was used at they dont exist here..we reported it same say and nothing..I mean No contact and Nothing was done this far,mind you we have to pay for Kids school fees,school transports,work transport,food,pay bills and car installation..I'm so disappointed in FNB,we have been banking with them for over 5yrs and we've been very loyal.im hurt
