FNB CARE DOES NOT CARE

I needed some work done on my home and I saw on the FNB app that they recommend contractors, plumbers etc. I thought that because they recommend these companies, it must be reputable companies. I contacted a few and accepted a quote from a company called Precision Manintenance and thats where everything went pair shaped. They under quoted us on everything and had so many unexpected costs. They would start at 11am, after they said they were coming at 9 and then would stay late and expect us to be grateful that they stayed after hours. The last straw was when the wife emailed me and sent me a voicenote asking me if I cant pay them the balance due and do an immediate payment as their workers required money to buy valentines gifts. This was before the job was completed. We paid them 60% deposit as required but they always needed more. We have now noted that everything that they did on the house is falling apart, the paint is peeling, the gutters are falling apart. I then notified FNB via email about this, since then my complaint has been referred to 3 different departments and still no feedback. My private banker cant help because she doesn't know what to do. On the 19th of March it was assigned to resolution service consultant in FNB Private clients. "An investigation into your matter will now be initiated and we'll be in touch with your shorty" - till today nothing.
