FNB cards fragile and poor service

I upgraded my account to Private Clients from Premier account . To my surprise I see that my Private Clients is active however no one delivered the card ,this is strange and Insist on an embossed card old style I was not happy with my current premier card it's so soft and fragile . Please deliver my card embossed 450 on an account is a hell lot for this kind of service and a fragile card .
