FNB Card wont work and no one can help me at FNB.

I got a petrol card from FNB with my new credit card, so I changed the pin online, and went to the ATM so it can sync up. I got an sms saying it is synced up, but when I used the card it said "bank request failed, please contact FNB" and the person at the teller told me she gets a incorrect pin error.

So i contacted FNB online and they told me to go to my nearest branch, the guy at the branch had me change the pin, and I got an error message on the teller saying contact FNB, so he told me to contact FNB online, which I did again, only to have that guy tell me to go to the branch again, because they must sort it out for me.

So the card still doesnt work and FNB staff have no idea how to help me. Very poor service!
