FNB Card - Takealot

I app**** for FNB gold cheque card online about 4 weeks ago. After multiple calls to the bank, I have still not received my card which was supposed to be delivered by takealot. Their phone lines are down so you cannot speak to anyone. Nobody at FNB can advise where the card is, because it is with the courier service. Pathetic customer service by both FNB and Takealot.
