FNB Card - system error, unresponsiveness

FNB Card has stopped my monthly debit order (although online banking still shows it as running and paying my full amount). This looks like a system error and has resulted in erroneous error charges.

I have tried chatting with 3 different bankers via the apps secure messages but they just cut me off. And I have email fnbcard 3 times - with out single response.

FNB Card - why are you not responding?
