FNB CARD RENEWAL DILEMMA

My FNB card is expiring in less 45 days and am struggling to order a new card on the App or on online banking and the private banking suite agents are useless. They keep sending me some standard instruction(s) but the App doesn't have whatever they saying I need to do!!!!!
