FNB CARD NOT DELIVERED
I placed an order for a new card, made a follow up on 1 July and i told it will take 5-7 working days. Today i made yet another follow up and i am told my card has not even been created / sent to the courier service provider. No one is telling me when this will be done , i cannot wait indefinately. Someone please ensure i receive my card by close of business tomorrow.
