FNB Card has no management.
I have been in a struggle for weeks now to find a manager at FNB Card to attend to my case. It has become very clear that there is no management at FNB Card. How is it possible for a business to survive with no managers? No more zombies reading an interest rate from a computer monitor or senseless phonecalls. This Premier client expect personal service from a senior bank official.
