FNB card fruad - inside job or someone knows how's to hack the FNB APP

I noticed 2 ********** debit transactions going off my account account when I logged into my account, I did not receive any sms's alerts for these 2 transactions and they also required my approval on the FNB app which I never received, yet it was authorised. After first speaking with ***** dept who cancelled my business card who gave me not empathy, sympathy or showed any care that my money was taken. The funds still showed as pending and I asked they cancel these 2 transactions, but they advised they could not cancel them which makes no sense, they will allow the ******** to take his funds while investigating and then possibly reverse the transaction. I am shocked at the level of security offered at FNB and am certain this is an inside job and I phoned the merchant where the funds were taken and she advised I was one of many FNB client who have called and she contacted FNB to advise of the *****, but they did not want to assist and only advised that every one who was effected needs to contact themselves.
