FNB Card - ********** transaction
I logged a ***** dispute on my credit card sometime in February 2020 (Case nr: ***). I was told that it would take 7-10 business days to resolve. A month later, on 5th March 2020, I phoned again and the first person that assisted me (Thabiso, don't know his surname) just put me on hold and just never returned. I hang up and called again. This time Kevin Smith answered and told me it would take 7-10 business days to resolve. I got upset by this since they already had more than enough time to investigate. I then asked to speak to his manager and he transferred me to Naboth Makinta, who told me he would get back to me that same day or at most the next day. Today it is the 14th April 2020 and nobody has bothered to contact me to resolve this. What a shame. I have been a proud FNB private client for many years and really did not expect this kind of service. You would think with the economy being in the state that is is currently in, that they would want to retain their loyal customers. Sadly not the case it seems.
