FNB Card Division's ******* debit orders

I had a FNB credit card during 1970's but cancelled that card in 1980. Even though I have not had an FNB credit card since 1980, for a number years FNB Card Division has been passing a debit order against my Standard Bank account. After a long struggle, in 2017 I managed to get FNB to stop the debit order and refund me a small amount of the total that they had taken from my account. However shortly after that the debit orders started again and to-date I have not been able to get FNB to stop. I requested Standard Bank to refuse the debit order but the next month it cam through as a double amount so it wasn't blocked, and this has continued. On 4th November 2019 I contacted FNB via email and received an email requesting a copy of the Standard bank statement which I sent. I received no response to the email and have re-sent the statement on 5/11, 21/11, and 2/12 but have yet to receive any response. I continued sending emails requesting a response but heard nothing. On 22/01/2020 I called FNB Card and after explaining my problem was told to send an email to a new email address with another copy of my Standard Bank statement, with my ID number and reference number in the subject. Which I did, FNB then informed me that they could not refund any money (not sure why). On the 29 January 2020 I received an email informing me that the account had been closed and no further money would be debited off my account. Guess what on the 2 February they again debited my account.
