FNB CARD DIVISION SYSTEM IN TROUBLE

Just can not get anybody to respond. My credit card full balance is supposed to be collected from my cheque account on monthly basis. This did not happen on 27 November, The next day I was debited with interest on my credit card. There is money sitting in my cheque account that I am not earning interest on, they have they cheek to charge interest because of their mistake. I have reported this via secure chat, via telephone and via e-mail . Got promised feedback and even got a reference number but I am just getting no response.
