FNB Card division not accepting court orders done by debt review company

After being retrenched and being unable to find a job, my wife had to go out and work. We could not make ends meet and had no option but to contact a Debit review consultant who assisted us to do the debt review process. A court order was done and an agreement was made with all parties including FNB Card Division, to accept a payment offer. This was done in October 2019

Our debt counsellors arranged for payments to be done monthly.

FNB card division took it upon themselves to decide that they were no longer happy with the payments they were receiving and started rejecting the payments. A lady phoned me in September 2020 to tell me I must pay more. I told her I was unable to pay more. She informed me that they had not received any payments from us in months. I think this phone call was in September 2020. Upon investigating we found out that FNB Card division had been rejecting the payments made to them. this was confirmed by our debit counsellors.

FNB Card division has handed us over to attorneys and the payments must now be made to them plus we now have to pay lawyers fees to them. This is not the right way to treat a client. FNB card division was not even prepared to discuss the matter with us.

I logged a complaint on their system today.

Why should we have to pay more lawyers fees when it is FNB who are the ones not at hearing to the court order and they were rejecting payments made to them?
