Fnb card division nightmare

First national bank card division is USELESS. We have been trying since MAY, yes, MAY, to get cards delivered for a disabled person. The couriers FLAT REFUSE to deliver as requested as the account holder cannot speak to them. Disabled, cannot communicate, power of attorney, signing power... The whole tootie.... They just cannot understand. We have done EVERYTHING within our powers, but getting through to them is impossible. Our only next action we can take is to CLOSE ALL ACCOUNTS.
