FNB Card Division - A disgrace and absolutely rude!!!

FNB - How can we help you? Well you can help me by never contacting me again!!! I cannot believe how rude your card division is, I will not be answering my phone if they do phone, they are absolutely rude. Perhaps a little compassion in this very difficult time for a lot of people will go a long way. I will be changing my bank as soon as I am out of isolation, this is a huge deal considering I have a client of FNB for a number of years.
