Fnb card dispute - terrible service and bad attitude by Lelavathi Rugan

The card dispute agent Lelavathi Rugan is an unhelpful and rude person and should not be representing your bank as her attitude stinks. This individual slammed the phone down on me although I was trying to gain clarity on my dispute but she blatantly refused to listen and shove off responsibility to another company - Paypal.

I purchased an item via the Ebay website with my FNB credit card in November 2017 and did not receive my item. I tried contacting both Ebay and the seller but have not had any success. The payment reference on the credit card statement mentions Paypal but I had not used to a paypal account to purchase this item so its possible that Ebay processed this transaction via paypal. This woman refused to listen to me and seems too selfish to listen to another person's view that she slammed the phone down on me cos my view differed from her scripted response. One can only imagine how she behaves in the workplace if she doesn't get her way? She also provided me with invalid Paypal email addresses to which I need to log a dispute with.

What is the point of having a credit card and a dispute process if you as a bank are not will not assist the customers? I could only imagine what other customers are probably going through with bigger amounts that are disputed.

This has taken off FNB's shine for me personally considering that I do all my banking with you.
