FNB card department feedback lacking
I app**** for a credit card increase with FNB and it was approved online based on the information I provided for a substantial amount. FNB then asked for new pay slips to prove my income which I promptly provided on the same day. After 2 days waiting for a response I decided to phone them only to find out that it was declined based on affordability. No one phoned me to inform me of this. After asking the relevant staff member why it was declined based on affordability they explained that my pay slips showed that I earn a lot less than what I stated, which is incorrect - whoever read the pay slip read it incorrectly and now they state that I must wait another 3 - 5 working days for a call back from the FNB credit department. I asked for the increase simply since I urgently need the funds for payment on the sale of a property. Can someone from FNB urgently call me back to resolve this issue?
