FNB card delveries

I had an appointment with CCD Couriers between 08:00 & 16:00, Friday 26 May, to deliver a card. I received a sms. The courier didn't pitch.. I received 3 smse regarding this delivery which I will attach. Moral of the story.: When I phoned 15:30 to the no of CCD on the sms, the agent told me she noted that he was at my house, he phoned me and I didn't answer my phone. That are all lies. I waisted my whole day at home waiting for FNB'S courier to deliver my card. Bad, bad, service!!!!
