FNB card delivery service by Takealot is the worst service ever

FNB card delivery service by Takealot is the worst service ever, FNB has really stooped to the lowest level this time. I received an SMS on 20 May about my card delivery, today is 11 June and I'm still to hear from takealot. The call service is useless either, it seems no one is picking up, EVER. The link below shows a screenshot of time lapsed during a call to takealot.... and still counting. FNB, you are really making a mockery of your clients.
