FNB card delivery company, very poor performance.

I am awaiting delivery of a new debit card and FNB use a courier to deliver it. The courier contacted me but will not commit to delivery at a particular time! At least state times of delivery. I asked them specifically to contact me before coming, but despite them confirming this, they still arrived without calling me and thus the card was not delivered. Surely FNB could use a more professional delivery company. Very poor service.
