FNB card delivery by takealot.com is a shambles and does not work

takealot.com is now delivery FNB cards as well. BAD BAD BAD IDEA FNB!!!

What a shambles! My delivery of my bank card at my home was scheduled for 8 Feb 2022 - no show I was out of town 9 and 10 Feb 2022 - lo and behold a call on 10 Feb 2022 - "Are you at home?" - No I rep**** I am not - takealot did not make an arrangement to deliver today. "Oh OK - we will come tomorrow...." Needless to say no show on Friday 11 Feb 2022 either. Then another call - we will be there on Wednesday 16 Feb 2022 And you ask "what then?" TA DAH - NO SHOW!! I call this morning and speak to ?Nicolene - she types away and tells me that I was not there for the delivery..............after I sat at home - in my home office - which faces the gate the WHOLE DAY waiting for my bank card.........

Now apparently after a spot of conversation - the card will be at my FNB branch TOMORROW!! Seeing is believing.

Why can takealot find my address at the correct date to deliver anything from Pine Gel to Dog Food - BUT NOT MY FNB BANK CARD???

Nee SIES man -FNB Make another plan please, let takealot stick to their retail sales and you use a reputable courier to deliver our bank cards
