Fnb card delivery by takealot

After i app**** for a credit card it was approved in days which was good they used takealot to deliver and they told me it will be delivered between 11am-5pm. After 5pm i phoned and takealot spoke to Bronwen and she said it was canceled by the customer which it was not. I got someone to sit at my house till 5pm and they didnt even phone to update me and said they reschedule for 2days later. Very unprofessional and not happy because there is not customer service and thry cant keep you updated and honestly think FNB should not use them.
