FNB CARD Deliveries

Ordered a new card from fnb, before card could be delivered, on the day of delivery transactions were going out of my account, they card wasnt delivered as yet, and on delivery i didnt even activate the card, i called fnb they cancelled it, but they refusing to refund me citing non of their staff was involved
