FNB card declined

FNB blocked my credit card on a Sunday afternoon while I was traveling trying to buy food. Issue was apparently fica documents needed. You can't even get hold of FNB because they are down on a Sunday. I have had card for a longtime and have never had a issue. Why do this on a Sunday!!!!!!!
