Fnb card debit order

I received an sms from Fnb asking if the can debit my credit card earlier than normal in Dec due to the holidays. I rep**** no as I still get my salary only on the last day of the month. I received confirmation from them that this is in order. Fnb outright ignored my request and debited me. Now they will take 3-5 working days to refund that. I find this unacceptable as this was money needed for Chrismas day, which is 2 days from today. Well done Fnb, I will close my accounts very soon.
