FNB card *****
***** investigation is really very bad with FNB, I've lost Thousands of rand been ****med and it seems somehow that between Takealot and FNB the ****ming has happened as I was called and the ****mer knew about the previous day Takealot transactions and knew everything about me, my wife and my balance of my credit card account and my credit limit, I've gone to FNB branch to report , stop and cancel my cards within an half an hour after the incident. All FNB states is the following: found no involvement of any bank employee or failure of the Bank’s systems or processes. • The Bank has reviewed the case and considered all the facts, regrettably we have declined your request for a refund based on the following: • In order for the Card transaction/s to be processed, a registered/linked device was used behind a secure login. Please be advised that the Digital Wallet Service is a smart device -based payment service that allows . I fully understand and accept that I was properly at fault, but do not understand why I pay for card insurance and if something like this has happen I alone must loos everything while paying for overall insurance on my credit card, I am a client with FNB for more than 30 years and have never ever had such a bad experience. If FNB just knew what I had to go trough losing so much money anxiety sleepless nights, constantly thinking about it, it is so much I can not get it out of mind. The minimum I would expect from a bank like FNB is to in some way give at least the insured money back to the client, because why do you pay (SKULDBESK-ALLE-VOORDE - BAL: 73854.32) Credit protection all benefits. It seems to me unfair.
