FNB Card - Customr Care does not exist

My credit card has been blocked for months - due to 'suspected *****'. As your number is not toll free I am unable to call. I went into the branch and the gentleman there called your department and he kept getting told to phone a different number (he ended up calling 4 numbers), and on the last one we sat for 20 MINUTES! and nobody answered.

I am being charged fees for a card that I am unable to use. I am ready to cancel this card with your pathetic service.
